MULTI-CHRONOLOGIES

You will find below a presentation of the chronologies available to date on the ArkeoGIS application.

Some of them are shared by their authors, in CSV format, in the open collection of the Nakala warehouse ArkeOpen Chronologies. As all their periods have a DOI from the PeriodO partner platform, these open chronologies are interoperable.

The user must choose for his ArkeoGIS project which chronology to use.

  • Among the chronologies proposed by other users in their geographical area of work.
  • If none of them match, you can ask for the integration of an existing chronology shared by a repository ( Perio-do , Chronontology, … ).
  • You can also propose, in a motivated and referenced way, your original chronology to the administrators for its integration.
